We are happy to offer a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Please be aware that simply returning to the sending address will not result in a refund of your transaction. You must contact us regarding the issue with a picture of the defective merchandise and we will process the refund further. These errors will be covered at our expense:
- Damaged in transit
Unacceptable reasons for returned items:
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
Wrong size- We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size.
